Progress as well as temporary unavailability

It has been 8 months until the last time I updated this blog. It has been a hectic time.

Let me update what has happen for so long ago. The classes gradually increases and decreases with time since my time has become so yo-yo I could not arrange a proper class time every week. But all in all, the students spent 5 months of their time with me at which I was able to completely teach them;

1. The functions of lower case and upper case letters
2. Determination of nouns
3. Determination of verbs
4. Grammar - Present tense
5. Grammar - Past tense
6. Grammar - Progressive/Continuous tense
7. Grammar - Future tense
8. Constructing a proper sentence
9. Making compound sentences
10. Usage of a proper articles and prepositions

I was also able to provide them with;

1. 2-3 english light comics
2. 300+ english ebook novels
3. an installer for a software for the ebook reader
4. 5-10 short stories
5. +100 handouts and diagrams
6. 3-4 word base pc games

The truth is, if these kids were able to assimilate at least 30% of what I gave, they should not have any problem performing in their tests.

I do hope these kids will continue following my advice and read up all the books I gave them.
That is the only way to be better in English.

I have to end the class on May since I have to move out from that vacinity. Currently I am staying in Taman Sri Andalas, Seri Kembangan, which is near to a chinese school. Basically I will certainly open the class again if there is any need whatsoever.

I will not close this blog since if I am able to open classes again, I will definitely update. Now, I replace english classes at tution centres once a while for primary and secondary students.
